I would like to say the place is not a dump! Its small , it has 25 sites, it has a rec room with a small pool table and large screen t.v. , laundry room with two washers, and two dryers,and women and men's restrooms that are modern and clean,it also has three hurts ,and the manager is nice and attentive very helpful ,all in all its not bad,it also has three ducks that make rounds on a regular basis, and is pet friendly for both cats and dogs. It is a pleasant and quiet place to live
