If you use these guys, buyer beware. Do your homework first on plans and products. Anything they tell you they can do, get employees name and have them put it in writing and sign it. Once you ink the deal, you are stuck and if your devices dont work well or you get new bills much higher than promised, bail before 30 days or you are stuck for at least one year. Dont bother asking them to fix anything as they will just tell you, "oh well. I dont know who told you that. Or they tell you to complain to Verizon, who tell you its not their problem. As a 20 plus year verizon user, I was not happy learning neither Victra or Verizan will do anything to make things right

The stars are for the store employees that were extraordinary, patient, kind and so helpful. The customer service for Verizon on the phone however were the worst and not at all helpful....don't expect any service... extremely disappointed...they were rude disrespectful and hung up on me the customer...the reason they have a job...

Not exactly. It is first come first serve. But if you come in you can get on the list and wander the mall.
It is up the manager if he feels like it. If there is personal gain for him, for sure he'll approve it.
