No. No families. No men, no kids. Just homeless women. They rent a room and stay there for up to 2 years, friendly Manor takes 80% if whatever income they get. The downstairs is a drop in center for homeless women during the day, Monday thru Friday.

No it is a place for women only. They can stay up to 2 years. The rent is 40 percent of your income. They have to be at least 55 and up. Go to St. Mary's Senior Center.
