Yes sir they have benefits and certain Hertz stat are there way of saying "thank you for your service". I know for certain they have a veterans program, but now that I come to think of it I do not recall there being a different manner of proceeding if you were disabled, but that is probably just do to my own distant and detached method when I was there last and I most likely just failed to see/ remember the specifics as they pertain to your question.
