I live in Phoenix AZ, and a former Bay Area resident. I have unopened and sealed bottles of Amlodipine (5mg) and Triamterene/HCTZ (37.5-25mg), each 90 count. I can't stand disposing of these meds when so many others could use it. Can I send it?

We are not able to accept medication donations from patients. It is prohibited by California law. If you have unwanted medications, please dispose of them safely. Do not dispose of them in your trash, down the drain or in your toilet. Instead, take them to a drop-off location for unwanted medications. Many police stations and pharmacies have these drop-off bins.

Better health does not accept private medication donations. All medications come directly from manufacturers for safety reasons.
