A few years ago I brought a large vase into the SF Flower Mart and had a florist create a lovely professional arrangement of quality artificial flowers for me. Is it possible to do this at the Oakland Flower Market?

Have you tried calling them and ask if they do flower arrangement with artificial flowers? They have plenty of flowers at a reasonable prices.

No. You can only purchase flowers.
