Check online to see if your problem is well known and common by others and if there is a simple fix you can do yourself. If not then I would suggest take it in. Call them and describe the problem. Ask if there is a charge for disgnostic and then decide what you want to do. The cost to fix might be more than buying a replacement. I have taken two tv to them and have excellent service. Both are still working with no problems. For me the price to fix was cheaper than replacement. I wish I had kept my old tube TVs because they lasted 25 yrs.but I got rid of them for flatscreens....oh well.
Dear Rahsaan, Please provide us the full model number of your TV, main board is usually the problem when the tv is not turning on with the red light blinking on the bottom. Thanks, John
