Is there Parking facility near this Loft Bar and Bistro

There is a paid parking area in front. Not sure if the restaurant validate parking

I suggest you look at their website which provides wonderful info and indicates which public parking locations for which they validate. Closest is half a block up on 2nd street.

There's an inexpensive public parking lot on San Fernando across reh street from Gordon Beirsch between like 2nd and 3rd, i think.

I suggest go after 6 and park on the street.
