I like coming here, but when there charging you more then what it's worth . Like flip flops it's says 1.99 ,but they charge me 3.99 this is a sandle price and I can't do Anything about it they said and there only following orders. Everything is corrupt. Not fair. And I always donate here.

This place was terrible, lady at register didn't know what she was doing, the guy that served my drink was so annoyed/bored, they didn't make my drink right and the bathroom was gross with no toilet paper.

This was my third visit to this store. Most prices are very good if you compare to the local goodwill stores, especially clothes and most housewares. I found 2 pieces of pottery for 1.99 each. Similar pieces at Goodwill would be 5 or 6 dollars. A beautiful lamp with shade for $8 & new work out pants for 3.99. I think they are a Kohls brand. Some funky retro pieces can be found. They also have items priced way too high. The basket storage/foot rest pictured is $19.99! It's damaged & worn and you can get something new up the street at Marshall's for the same or less. Dirty, outdated furniture is also way overpriced. The store is clean and staff are friendly.

Go down there
Pretty much any time.
Go in person. The Taylor St address has the right people to talk to. The SA does amazing things. Be patient and persistent.
The Salvation Army has a helpers and attendance to help load the things that you buy so this shouldn't be a problem
Yes, as long as the toys are in decent shape and there are no pieces missing.
I haven't seen one there.
The people who work the donation might like your canned goods but no they don't want donations of canned food
What is a voucher?
I'm sorry to hear about your husband. There's a good chance these products would be thrown away. I would recommend giving them to a health clinic or an outreach for the homeless medical program. I gave a bunch of medical supplies to a woman in San Jose who worked in a free clinic in SF.
No, but I think (hope) the program will do pick up
yes but the hour may vary
AFAIK - no pick up in Covid times, except for Car.
Yes, we donated too. It was better dropping at 720 Taylor St location than other places.
Yes, just ask the men that are helping load the bins for one
Yes, they do have some

Yes, your local library takes books that are in good condition also.
Your can also call any person with a truck, like a handyman, or rent a U-Haul (probably the cheapest alternative as a back-up plan!).
I have excellent condition day bed sofa. Can you pickup as soon as possible at 95127 san jose
