There's a dinner section and tables upstairs always. ADA is always adhered to but it helps to call ahead. The set up for a hardcore show isn't the same as a night with *insert comedian or indie rocker or James Taylor here*
The GAMH has some seating overlooking the balcony edges, maybe about 30-40 seats, but you'd want to get there early to assure that you can get a chair. Otherwise it is standing in front of the stage on the bottom level or standing behind the balcony seating where it is hard to see the stage.
