This has happened to me aswell I called that number several times but no one would answer. I would suggest not giving them your business anymore also Im not sure if they are watering down the cleaning solution but my cars never got clean.
Hi David, The owner is there every evening around 5pm to 6pm. He will gladly refund you. Same thing happened to us on Sunday in the touchless bay. Soaped up our vehicle and quit. With machine stopped behind the vehicle. Hope this is of help to you.
Good luck finding some one there. I put ten dollars in the change machine and never got any change or my money never came back out. So sorry to hear that it took your money too.
