I just paid $7 for just a rinse... No soap no nothing just a rinse... On the touchless or touch-free drive-through car wash.. I tried calling the number but no one answers it is a sorry butt car wash...

Their vacuum wouldn’t take the tokens I bought, so I rummaged for quarters. It started working, then just shut off. I thought it needed more quarters, so I put some more in, and it never turned back on. I tried calling them multiple times, no answer and no answering machine. Very upset.

What should I do in order to get a refund? Yesterday I used my card to pay 9 dollars for a wash, but the machine never lit up or did anything. It kept telling me to go in when it was ready. It never got ready. Thanks

This has happened to me aswell I called that number several times but no one would answer. I would suggest not giving them your business anymore also Im not sure if they are watering down the cleaning solution but my cars never got clean.

I am here at the car wash I paid 10.00 on my credit card and it said to pull forward. I did and nothing happened. No lights no beep to stop no water. All The lights on the machine were off. How do I get a refund?
