There was one before the Northgate Mall went into construction back in early 2009. They had a lot of shops like FYE, Waldenbooks, a better food court, an arcade center, a toy store, etc. I miss that version of the mall.
When the Mall did their remodel they were trying to appeal to the younger generation, forgetting that the older ones had to shop with the younger ones. Your correct, the card shop is gone, no book store. A lot is missing, but thank goodness they ended up getting Bath and Body Works back.
A lot of the stores have closed. Payless just went used and earlier this summer old navy closed.
Northgate has changed, maybe someone can open another store
Lots of places have gone out of business there. There use to be a card shop, it went under.
