My gym closed on November 17th and I was charged $19.00 on November 17, 2020. How do I get my refund back? I should have not been charged anything at all it is closed. This is the first time I have been charged since March 2020. What gives.

Hi Rose. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your monthly dues were billed as we were unfortunately unable to stop the prescheduled draft on short notice. That said, please know that we will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when we reopen for any unused days for which you have previously paid for, and we will not be charging future monthly dues until we reopen. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Did you contact them? I did, and they said that when Gavin Newsom issued the most recent stay at home order and ordered the gyms to close again, it was too late to stop the recurring charge. They said that once they open back up, everyone will get a free month to make up for the charge.
