Hi, There are no tours because the studio is one ginormous room ( an old converted movie theater). We enjoyed making a glass paperweight. It is a unique experience. I recommend it for kids about 10 & up. Have fun
Well worth taking the class. My family and I loved it.
We are an open studio, so you can tour our gallery, and watch us making our artwork through two large 4'x8' windows. If you want to go into the blowing room and watch from the ramp on the perimeter, that's ok. Our building is 6000 sqft, so it is a good size for a private studio. Thanks for your interest.
Except the glass blowing floor. That's for classes and the owner.
I live across the street from Rosetree Blown Glass yes you can tour the sales floors , Mark the owner and blown glass artist gives classes in back where the ovens are located. It's safe.
You cannot enter the actual blowing area as it can become well over 100 degrees inside. But you can watch through a glass. Not a very large ppace at all.
