Got to be at least 85 years old to apply and have a cataract in ur right eye and walk with a slight gimp on ur left leg
They aren't just for energy assistance, they can't help with lots of things like , meds, car parts, they are there to help people.
What exactly do you do?
If its for help with energy assistance there is no age requirement that i know of. My 40 year old daughter her husband and child get energy assistance.
