Tried to sign in for results but would not except my password. Tried to reset password but page came up empty so I could not reset it. Help please.

I didn't know you could find out results that way, I've been there 3-4times. They called me with my first results then the company I was going to go thru New West Medical they called me, I went in they explained everything to me. Don't know if this helps! Good luck

Hi Bob, our health record software company is working on it. As soon as it’s resolved, we will let you know here! In the meantime, you can call the clinic where you had your study to inquire about your results. Eloi, we usually call to discuss results in detail over the phone but you can access your results at any time in the patient portal (on our website under For Patients). We have a reported issue with accessing it right now but we are working on it diligently!
