I have been in the ER for four hours. What u have to be dying to get seen by a doctor. The worse ER

Be thankful that you aren’t in “the city” in PA. You would have waited for 191/2 hours before being seen in the ER, even for severe head trauma and a concussion! l got a call from the “school” Doctor where my son was attending in order to get certified in the trade that he had worked on during his HS years in his Special Educational classes. The Doctor began to tell me that my son was jumped by three boys and it’s there policy to watch my son in the nurses office, but he would check him again in a couple hours but he was fine but he wasn’t able to speak to me at the moment. Then about 40 minutes later I got a call from the nurse, who informed me that the doctor had lied to me and she had to wait until the doctor left, but she’s letting me know that he is not okay. He’s being loaded into an ambulance and is going to the closest ER 11/2 hours away. The staff gives them a # and leaves kids with severe head trauma and concussions to sit 191/2 hours before being seen in the ER! I was there

Yes so true and if poss.write down everything they do or rec.cause app.they like to charge for things they dont do I did and thankgod cause they tried to charge me for something they didnt do if I didnt show video to them I would of got charged still always rec.and Wright down even time
