Closing early? Is that normal for them to close whenever they want even though the hours say open till 11pm? I'm here at 10:18 and the drive through is blocked off and the doors are locked, but workers just sitting around inside? I'm confused

Was just there it's 9:20 pm and they are closed when they are suppose to be open until 11 I'm totally disappointed
