My experience with Shannon motors was good with Eddie helping me to get into a car in the first place. But I was in a car accident which was no Fault of my own. I only had the car a month called finance department spoke to a woman I will not name who was very unprofessional and was blowing hard like I was bothering her . Some people should not work with the public. I was never given a option to get right into another car which I want to because , my insurance company did not add my rental on so I have had to struggle to pay out of pocket and was told the check that the insurance company is cutting to them needs to be in there hand before I can get a car. Not sure what happened to the days where people valued there customers instead of not being helpful and blowing their breathe like you are bothering them. Money seems to be all people care about. Poor way to do business
