There isn't a dress code, but I personally would wear a collared shirt at minimum. A dinner jacket is not necessary.
You will see all sorts of dress. Dress as you would like others to dress, especially those with whom you will be dining.
Not formal but not a t-shirt and jeans situation. Like you said, it's Valentine's night!
Casual.is fine, be sure to have a reservation for Valentine's Day, enjoy.
I went on a Sat around 5:00- no need for a jacket but most people had collared shirts,pants and women with slacks and tops-a few at the bar area had jeans on.
