Good luck you'll need it... newburyport has nothing better to do so they'll throw the book at you . Worst experience in my life.the system is broken gave one star only to write the review. Better get yourself a good lawyer .

Yes, you need to file a civil complaint w the court, fee is 195, then you will get a hearing date to go before the judge, chief of police will be notified to be at your hearing
You can mail it, Hayden the cashier's office in the clerk's office, and they also have PayPal now you just need the docket number
