I just saw this! We never go down on our sizes. I would assume the answer lies in the fact that the employee was new. I understand it would be awkward, but feel free to nicely call her on it! Most likely there will be a seasoned employee working with new employees who will be more than happy to fix it! I’m sorry this happened and that I didn’t see this earlier!
