Are parents allowed to bring in a small cake an a small group of 5 people for a 15 yr old birthday with out buying a birthday package along with balloons an order pizza an popcorn from your venue? This would be on a Saturday night..

I believe they charge a fee to bring in your own cake if you are not doing a party package.

I seen the birthday package Hope Naggenda.. If you read them they all say 10+ people required.. An I have a small group of five , So again I would not need a Birthday Package nor would I pay for something that's not bennifiting me by spending unnecessary money..
