I believe they start at 9 on Saturday morning not sure about the other days
It depends on what days of the week. Everyday brings different traffic
To be honest, not that many people go to rk at the later sessions because of the hours, so if your an adult and your experienced skater, then i recommend the later sessions but if u want to go with kids then i recommend the Saturday morning session
