It was nine years ago.. Great for me I was tired of going over to Boston and trying to find a place to park! Peabody was much more convenient.
I think that they opened in summer or fall 2010. So they've been open awhile now.
I'm not exactly sure but I'm pretty certain a can't be called "new" anymore. Probably around 4 years
