Long standing customers will usually call in their orders ahead-of-time. So at that point they can just pick up the order fast and get back to work still able to eat lunch. Yes I have waited 20 minutes or so do a great lunch. No matter what you order. I've been eating lunch there for over the past 30 years and wait is the only problem. I'd have to ask you, would you go to a restaurant that has nobody ahead of you buying, or a fairly medium line with about 20 minutes wait? Fresh made to order food, or you can always go to McDonald's (get the McCramps), Subway (I call it Breadway). You'r choice
No they really good at getting people in and out as they possibly can. They do have online order and frequent visitors take advantage cause the know how popular the place is. I've seen people lined outside for order. I bet your cravings was satisfied. .....
Hi, i noticed that before and found out ppl call or place order online. I was there yesterday around 2:30pm and the wait wasn't long at all. The hours 11a-1pm are the busiest time to me. I hope you have better luck next time. The food is 😋!

This has been going on for years at many, many restaurants. "You Call Your Order In And It's Ready When Arrive." Each and every employee there along with the owners are running that business exceptionally well.
Called in an order today said it would be ready....we got there 35 minutes later....they had not even started our order...we waited 35 more minutes before it was ready...only 1 person working on Cuban sandwiches...not pressed anymore...toasted? Won't ever go back....to sad...
