Yes. You pay $49 up front then you have either 90 days or 6months depending on the amount. They also have their own credit card now.

As far as I know they do but the only way it's a good deal is if you can pay it off in 90 days it's becomes a 90 days same as cash type of deal with a bit of charge for the use.
