Spoke with Craig to let him know my dodge ram was being towed to his location as it was not starting. He Informed me he would look at it and go from there. He called back to say I needed a starter and maybe get my truck back that day. The next morning Craig called to say it turned out to be the battery and he mistakenly thought it was the starter. He apologized and informed me that my truck was ready. I picked up my truck with no issues.
