Avoid this business and any of their products at all costs. I bought their IVIEW laptop through Newegg and the sound didn't work. After only two days the laptop wouldn't power up. Because it had been 33 days, Newegg said the warranty was on the manufacturer which was IVIEW/Wiltronic. At first they wanted me to pay the shipping costs to return this piece of junk. I refused and filed consumer complaints. They finally repaired the laptop which needed a new battery but get this..........they now have charged me for the battery so I filed another consumer complaint and now they want to tack on labor for repairing their product in just 33 days. They tried to pull that old excuse of a screw missing which let them off the warranty but my wife took a photo before returning. Because they are practicing fraudulent business practices they are in violation of criminal laws. Like I said..AVOID. Junk product and worse, they do not stand behind it.

I received the iView small vacuum as a present. My family suffers from allergies, and it’s amazing how much unseen dog hair it picks up. It’s low profile gets under areas that’s hard to reach with a broom. Fantastic!

I have just purchased a SupraPad 10.1" Tablet PC and so far I am enjoying it. I am just amazed at all the things that this Tablet PC can do and what it has. Need to get a manual to be able to do the things properly.

terrible products and equally bad customer service. I'm going to have to contact the CA attorney General's office for help.
