We offer different varieties of salmon throughout the year, the highest quality available. We currently serve salmon from Ōra King - New Zealand and Lochlander - Scotland, and also wild Alaskan salmon when it's in season.
Sometimes they do have wild caught salmon, but not always. The server usually says if it is. Hope this helps.
