Yes, the facilities are for residents and you need a keyfob to access. You can use the facilities a certain number of times as a guest of a resident, but I am not sure of the maximum. Homeowners pay association fees with our property taxes and part of that pays for the facilities. The office in the clubhouse is staffed all day. They can answer any questions you might have.
