My wife loves the store. She often buys online and comes to the store to pick up her order. Reason for that is that often she gets 50% off another item while she is there. The staff is mostly helpful and the store is well arranged and neat.

Friendly staff but unfortunately they don't honor discounts with items THEY placed on the wrong shelf. It wasn't misplaced by a customer either, the staff member said there was no room on the other shelf so they moved all the underwear to the discounted display, even though they were full price. Extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled.

The location at Shops of Wiregrass is my FAVORITE location! Lois has helped me a few times and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond. The customer service there is superior to so many other stores. I 💗 Lane Bryant stores and people like Lois make shopping there a pleasure!

Absolutely hate this store! I used to shop here and stopped coming in for the exact same thing that happened today. I decided to give it another try - nope! Last time I will ever step foot in here. They put you in a dressing room and never come back to see if you need another size - which I did. I got dressed and left. Keep having to dress and undress. The sad thing, they were not even busy.
