The gym is exceptionally clean. I enjoy using the equipment. They have almost everything I need. I have a membership here and at planet. I generally go in afternoons. Not crowded.

I was trying to cancel my gym membership. Isaiah hawk did not seem very compassionate. Sounded like a robot. Why is it so hard to cancel a membership. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to drive 35 to 40 minutes away just to cancel.

This is easily the best gym in the Wesley Chapel area. Great atmosphere and an amazing staff. The team here does a great job keeping the workout areas organized and clean. The trainers do an excellent job creating an environment that promotes personal growth in a "safe" judgement free space. Two of the trainers (Adam and Phil) set the standard for customer service, professionalism, and work ethic. These two are always positive and can be heard motivating their clients as well as other gym patrons while out in the workout area. I recommend this location to anyone, no mater their level of fitness.

To begin with, I was skeptical. I read the reviews and thought, this isn't going to be worth the visit. Well, I decided to stop in the other day and take a look. Right away, Adam, was there to greet me and my fiancee. He was upbeat, professional, and had an excellent attitude. He gave us a quick tour and addressed all of my concerns. The customer service was what sold me on this location. Just that few minutes with Adam and his teammates, provided me with everything that I needed to know about this gym. The gym is set up to allow a enough space to workout without feeling crowded and still provides the 6' requirement for the recent Covid restrictions. Additionally, there were no hidden fees, sales tactics, and no attempts to up sell me. If you're feeling skeptical, take a minute and stop in. Ask for Adam.
