There is a young boy at the front desk with glasses. He has no clue about what he is doing, he is rude impudent and lacks courtesy in addressing members.

Oh no! This is definitely not the way we want our members to feel about our service. You are more than welcome to speak with the club manager about your staff concerns. The manager will be able to address the issue swiftly and thoroughly. We always strive to offer you a welcoming and safe Planet to crush it in!

If you feel anytime like you didn't treat respectfully just call the manager
