WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! In the store now and one of the employees just walked off saying she had to walk away because she is not dealing with attitude of another employee! No type of professionalism and had to wait more than 20 minutes for an ice cream cone and banana split!! No type of consideration for the customers! I would of understood if they were really busy but the store was empty inside!! Don’t know how they are open for business!!

I love dairy queen. I have been going for a long time. During the pandemic this location really lost their ability in customer service. I assumed it was just because of the pandemic. So, I went the other night. There was no one in line. It took them 10 minutes to get my order right. It wasn't a difficult order. A cheeseburger french fries and a strawberry banana shake. When I finally got up to the window it was almost $15. I couldn't believe the price hike. I asked him to cancel my order and left. I will not be returning

I cannot recall ever having a good experience at this store. At 655pm on Sunday they have three cars parked waiting for food and a line wrapped around the building.

This restaurant don't deserve any stars this is the worst dairy queen I been to I waited 20 mins for my online order the workers had an attitude if I didn't pay for my order online I would have not stayed when I finally got my order the fries was cold and my caramel fudge cheesecake Blizzard was watery than on top of that whoever made it put it n a Jr size cup which was inside a small cup that's not cool I will never come to this locate again
