Hello - Yes we do exchange Euros and several other currencies - we offer a competitive rate and there is no service charge. We also exchange foreign coins and we buy foreign coins that are no longer in circulation too.
I highly doubt that and if they did you wouldn't get a fair exchange rate as you would at a bank. They have to profit on exchanges where banks can't, banks must give the full exchange rate by law. Make sure you call the bank ahead of going to ensure they do exchanges.
