Are hay or wheat pennies worth anything? I have a bunch of them that variety in years. And I'm kind of not wanting to hold onto then any longer.

Hi Amanda - we have a list of the better date wheat cents on our site, here is the link http://www.necoinexchange.com/what-is-your-coin-worth.html You can send us pics of any that you think are valuable for a free appraisal - there is no need to sell anything.

Better off googling "most valuable wheat pennies" then check the coins individually for matches. There are some that a coin dealer might be interested in. Gold exchange places probably won't give you anything better than face value. Some can be rare like a 1909 VDB and worth a lot.
