Really, your own cake to a water park? For what, to float on? Lol.. But seriously, the answer is "No." Outside food and beverages of any kind are not allowed. So eat your "Own" cake before going into the park.
That you would have to call and ask if its something for a birthday. They are very strict and dont allow you to bring food or drinks. So i highly doubt it.
