They are not allowed but we watched dozens of people with back packs filled with food and drinks and noone was refused entry.

I brought a huge lunch box with a meal each and snacks, plus drinks. I think they are throwing away glass? Might want to check website on what is allowed

No and they make you dump out your water at the entrance
You can definately bring water, I'm pretty sure other drinks and snacks as well
When I went they didn't let people bring them in.
