We got a recommendation from my son's teacher to come here for books and we pulled up to the door before they close by 10 minutes the guy let me at the door and told me they were closed very ruddle. Bad customer service.

I am surprised. They are always super nice when I go there. :( You should talk to the manager tomorrow. It may have been one of the volunteers and they need more training.

I also thought they were good people because they are Christians ... Well, they say they take care of people badly and always go wrong Humor bothers them all and they seem to be not happy in their work, that place is very very very bad until children are afraid to go there for everything They scold them ... I've been going fir about a year. They are never rude, but they have people who are not employed by them who work there. I would give them another chance.

Talk to a manager, they are normally very easy to get along with and like leitha said, it may have been a volunteer.
