Each store has a different inventory level/consumer demand. For instance a CM in Orlando may have 20 Coach purses that aren't selling, so they wouldn't buy yours at that time, while a CM at a different location may be in an area of high demand of that brand. I've never been to this location personally, but I used to work at a great Clothes Mentor in Ocoee. As long as your name brand items are authentic (they are not allowed to purchase faux Coach, Louis Vitton, etc) and in good condition they will go through your items and give you a cash offer for what they want to buy from you. You can always choose to accept their offer or decline it. Just keep in mind that they do offer great prices for their customers, and need to make a profit, so keep in mind that you may not always get an offer price you were hoping for. I would at least bring it in, they will give you cash if they want to purchase your bags. Good luck:)
I do not work I there but they do accept those items for cash. Not sure about store credit.
