Maybe you didn't cancel your order in time. You might try to disputing this charge with your bank.
Was it charged or is it pending? They probably got authorization when you ordered it and you have to wait for your bank to clear it.
Some times the electronic transactions go so quick that money gets transfered inmedietly, the costumer svc in the ordering web site should be able to answer your query, if the charges eent throught it will take at least 24 to 48 hours to be returned to your account
Call the store. It may have been charged, but the money should go back on your card. When you cancelled, it may have gone into the system wrong. I had that happen to me.
