All of the Trulieve operate on different standards. This one has processing and time delay issues. Out of 3 orders, 2 were never completed and I just showed up to get my order the day after I placed it. The 3rd was actually completed and I was notified but in a lobby full of 10 people my expectation is to process quicker because of my pre order. A 30-60 min wait in the normal queue is not ideal. Their waitly check in only works for drive thru so if that’s closed, you’re stuck in the normal queue. It’s a poor set up and understaffed. Better to go down to NPR store - at least they’ll get you in and out in less than 10 min w a preorder. It’s all semantics but it’s just a badly run store in a sea of other poorly set up stores.

So different walking into this place vs CO or CA. Love the ppl so far all are so nice and helpful. The products are great. Always clean nd welcoming not what was expected! At least it don't feel like the DEA or gangs are going to come raid the place any moment. Safe.

I love this location. The people are always friendly. Normally I don't have to wait long. Today was the only day I got upset as I placed an order and, I was told I'd have to wait behind the walk-ins because they were busy. I placed that order so I didn't have to wait. I left with nothing

Went there for the first time today, and everyone was so sweet. Orlando helped me, and he was SO knowledgeable and kind. He really took the time to explain all the products and was more than patient with answering all of my questions. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I'll most definitely be back!
