You can walk in and they are dog friendly
You rather make reservations, although we didn't but were "lucky" they allow us to hang around and wait for a staff guide us thru the testing. Staff was friendly and informative, but the wine they offered at the time wasn't ready to be served, kind of pricy too. I also think there are other wineries.
They prefer reservations so they can set you up with "your personal wine consultant" to pitch you to purchase their wines. Tasting room is very expensive on a per person basis. There are better wineries to visit.
Reservations are recommended. When it is busy I have seen them turn people away.
Either works
