Yes they are closed at this time. The atm is also shut down at this time. And yes they have been closed for a week or longer. It is believed someone came in contact with the virus or tested positive. That is just a rumor as of now.
Its not closed. I used the services of the bank of the west Tuesday morning. It opens at 9:30 am. They allow a limited number of customers at one time. Right now, they are wearing masks and banking, yes right here in Turlock!
Not sure. I used the ATM hours are probably different because of the virus.
