I am 62 years old in fairly decent health no I am a smoker . would there be too much walking and climbing ? I could walk up four flights of steps though I do get a little out of breath .!I really want to go with my nephews and hopefully somebody

We have a few flights of stairs that need to be climbed in order to get to the top of our first tower, about 72 steps. That will be the most number of stairs in one shot. We have two other sets of stairs that will need to be climbed, but they are not as tall as the first. We have had people of all ages and abilities adventure with us and complete the course. You can take as long as you need to get to the top of the stairs, and we will do what we can to help you along the way! There are a few stair cases you have to climb and there are a couple obstacles to go through. You can always go on YouTube. I'm sure there is someone posted their GoPro experience. Overall my group had a blast!
