Amanda the assistant manager was pleasant to deal with... On the other hand the rest of the staff have no sense of urgency they do not even go over in detail or take the time to discuss the purchase... I wasn't even informed of the $16 charge per tire when I made the purchase of four tires... I also purchased a battery 3 year life... I had an appointment.... Interesting enough when I arrived there were three workers standing in the bay doing nothing..... I arrived on time for my appointment but they didn't start working on it until 1:20 to 1:30 my appointment was at 1:00.... I understand it took Gabe time to put the order in this is where the sense of urgency took place rather didn't take place.... Gabe did not inform me about the $16 charge per tire but added it on anyway.... These people need to be made aware of their jobs and their titles and what they're supposed to tell the customers.... This being said I'm sure Gabe is not the only one working there that has no sense of urgency...... I don't know if I will come back for this service again.... I will also end where I began,. Amanda the assistant manager smoothed things over for me as I was leaving.... If anyone deserves any credit whatsoever it is this young lady.

I was going out of town but I had a major flat tire . No one could get to me today What so ever, Chris the Supervisor in the Automotive Department at Walmart told me not to worry he'll get me in. As I type this Chris is working on the tire himself. Few and far between. There are kind hearts in this world all. Thank you Chris and Walmart.

These people were great! I walked in and they immediately took my keys to start working on my car. The work was completed quickly. I'll definitely keep going here!
