Where is there a good place to camp in PV?? Like with a tent, sleeping bag etc???

No camping is allowed in PV. Try Long Beach or Dockweiler beach.

To the best of my knowledge there is no place to camp in PV. In fact there is no place to camp throughout the South Bay.
