Phil is right. F & S is a good place to look. I have seen manga there whenever I go, but they might also have hentai, too. Ya never know....
Your best bet would likely be anime conventions, some of the manga dealers might have hentai for sale. You can also check Frank & Sons in City of Industry, there might be manga dealers there.
